Jeffrey C. Miller, P.E., CPESC - President

Jeffrey C. Miller, P.E., CPESC is the President of Watermark Engineering Resources, Ltd. Jeff has been a practicing engineer since he graduated from Purdue University in 1985 and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) as well as a Kane County Illinois Qualified Engineer Review Specialist. His specialty is in the land development arena, including storm water management and conservation design; SWPPP preparation and implementation; BMP design; site planning; utility infrastructure; earthwork; and professional zoning testimony. Whether a small local privately-held company or a large nationally known corporation, Jeff has provided valuable consulting and project management to his clientele. Jeff's professional affiliations include the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers.

William H. Perry, P.E., CFM, CPESC - Vice President

William H. Perry, P.E., CFM, CPESC is the Vice President and has been with Watermark Engineering Resources, Ltd. since 1998. Bill is a graduate of Purdue University and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE). He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the states of Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, and Michigan, a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) in the State of Illinois, a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), and a Kane County Illinois Qualified Engineer Review Specialist. His expertise includes: project management; design of both large and small-scale development projects; SWPPP preparation, management and inspections; BMP design and implementation; LEED consultation; conceptual, as well as detailed site planning; site infrastructure design; testimony at zoning hearings; stormwater management design; phasing and final construction cost estimating; and coordination of other professionals to provide a team approach to land development. His knowledge of computers and the relative software packages, combined with his civil engineering education and experience, keeps Watermark consistently on the cutting edge of technology, making him a valuable part of the team.
